Services and Appointments

i) All services offered at Toni & Guy Bangalore are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice. 

ii) Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. 

iii) Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in appointment rescheduling or cancellation.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

i) Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other accepted methods at our locations. 

ii) Any cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 

iii) We do not provide refunds for completed services. However, in the case of dissatisfaction, we will attempt to rectify the issue through a follow-up service.

Liability and Disclaimer

Toni & Guy Bangalore is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from services or products used. 

a) Customers are advised to inform staff about any allergies or sensitivities before availing services. 

b) While we ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards, Toni & Guy Bangalore is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from our services.

Conduct and Termination of Service

i) We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, abuse, or violation of these terms. 

ii) Any damage caused to the salon property due to a client’s negligence must be compensated by the client.
